Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on travel options, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours
  • Research and coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation
  • Assist travelling staff and guests on visa requests, ticket booking, hotel bookings, and updating staff with relevant travel advisories on security
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and staff
  • Manage and maintain travel records and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
  • Handle any issues or problems that arise during travel
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in a travel environment
  • Knowledge of East African destinations is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in managing travel records and expenses
  • Knowledge of travel policies and procedures
  • Operational or administrative experience is a plus
  • Luxury travel experience is a plus
