Training Facilitator (mining Industry)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team in the mining industry. As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees in the Northern Cape region. Your duties will include designing training modules, organizing training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and continuously improving training methods. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and IR, with a specific focus on training. If you are passionate about employee development and have a proven track record in delivering engaging training sessions, we would love to hear from you.Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Driverxe2x80x99s license
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- ETDP Certificate
- Assessor
- Moderator
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
- Full understanding of the Skills and Development Act
- Must have mining industry experience, preferably underground mining
