Job Summary Requirements:

Occupationally Directed Training and Development Practitioner (OTDP) + Train the Trainer essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
Driver's license
Assessor (essential)
Moderator (essential)
5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
Full understanding of the Skills and Development Act
Chemical plant experience
