Fancourt, South Africaxe2x80x99s premier golfing, leisure and lifestyle destination, is situated in George in the heart of the Garden Route. We are now recruiting for a Training Facilitator, who will join our HR Team.

As a proudly South African luxury lifestyle destination, we are all about customer joy and delight. The Training Facilitator will be instrumental in helping our teams grow their skills, abilities and knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role reports to our Training Manager and will mainly be responsible for analysing the training and development needs of the business, designing and creating training material and tools, and facilitating the actual training (various formats). The Training facilitator will be responsible to follow up on the practical implementation of training delivered (new skills and knowledge), by evaluating and correcting training effectiveness / outcomes within the operational business units.

We are looking to bring into the team someone who is passionate about people, their potential and the success both the individual and the business get through training and development. The ideal candidate will not only be demonstrably competent and successful in all the theoretical and practical components to this role, but on a personal level exudes passion for the hospitality and leisure industry.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
This position requires as a minimum:

  • Grade 12, plus a tertiary qualification in training / facilitation / learning & development or related field; minimum of NQF6,
  • Advanced competency in MS Office,
  • Fluency in English xe2x80x93 written and verbal, accurate spelling and grammatically correct when compiling written documents and material,
  • At least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role / position,
  • Verifiable success as an effective and competent training facilitator,
  • Clean criminal and ITC record,
  • Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
Advantageous:
  • Additional language fluency (Xhosa and Afrikaans)
  • Hospitality degree / diploma,
  • Experience in hospitality operations, ideally 5-star,
  • Experience in / Knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World standards.
