Description

We are looking for an awesome, highly motivated, and interactive individual to join a like-minded team. Our client is an established, International Car Rental company and they need a Training Facilitator/Assessor. You will be responsible for training small and large groups, administration, stats mapping and assisting with development of training materials. You will need to be a systematic and professional person who is fun and assertive and can keep the group captivated. You will also need to have excellent presentation skills, good computer skills, and have previous car rental experience. Job Requirements Have at least 1 year of RECENT Training experience (Car Rental preferred) Must be an accredited trainer xe2x80x93 or have started your accreditation. Excellent communicator Excellent presentation skills Extremely reliable, responsible, and able to work independently. A stable work history Reliable and contactable references


Qualifications

Matric Certificate Accredited Trainer Certificate (or proof of current training) A valid Drivers License
