Job Description

Creating and presenting training. Including one-on-one, group format, and virtual (MS Teams).



Maintaining employee training records, coordinating training schedules and logistics, distributing training materials, tracking employee progress and managing attendance.



Administration of training records, registers and -material.



Intermediate knowledge of MS Office:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.



Previous experience in a similar position.



Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English both verbally and written.



Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multitask.



Solid team player and interpersonal skills.



Problem solving and analytical skills.



Ability to function under pressure.
