CRITERIA:
xc2xb7 Matric
xc2xb7 Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Training or relevant qualification.
xc2xb7 2 -3 years experience in W&R SETA
xc2xb7 Understanding of QCTO
xc2xb7 Proficient in MS Office; Word and Excel (Intermediate Level)
xc2xb7 Sage People 300 experience advantageous
. Retail Background Advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES:
xc2xb7 Learnership and SETA Funded Programme Management- Roll out, content, fall outs, SETA uploads and verifications, results etc.
xc2xb7 Learnership Payroll Assist payroll with inputs
xc2xb7 Moodle LMS Platform (Upload, monitor, track, reporting, new functionality gamification etc, new starter onboarding)
xc2xb7 Setting up and Coordination of all training interventions
xc2xb7 Travel Bookings for the Training and Development Manager and management of training budget
xc2xb7 Follow up on SETA/ TVET payments and control invoicing
xc2xb7 Document all training interventions on Sage and pull the WSP/ ATR from the system (Work in progress)
. Monitor all types of training provided at the company for compliance to EE and Skills Development
. Assist and support with the development and implementation of a comprehensive training and skills development strategy that aligns with the company's goals
xc2xb7 Assist with pulling together training content and manuals for training
. Support and assist with training facilitation where needed.
xc2xb7 Creation of Talent pools for Learnerships (Recruitment of unemployed youth)
xc2xb7 Admin for the team Weekly tracker and updates
xc2xb7 SOP management and creation of QMS for updates
