Pepkor Speciality is seeking a dynamic Graduate who has recently completed a Btech/Advanced Diploma to work closely with the Training and Development team for 12 months to gain workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administration related to all Training and Development activities
Assist with basic administration, coordination, planning and follow up of Learnerships
Assist with ad hoc projects
Monthly reporting
Qualifications
Btech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or Office Administration (minimum NQF 7 qualification is essential)
Must have completed and graduated with relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office. Google Suite an advantage
Strong administrative skills
Accuracy in execution and attention to detail
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks
Ability to work to deadlines and to report on requests timeously
Systematic and thorough
