Manage work areas and keep work areas clean and free from debris (workshops/substations/etc.)
Give support in commissioning and testing of assets.
Complete defined audits, monitor processes and adherence to standards, and participate in root cause analysis.
Execute safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities and assist artisan with infrastructure maintenance and routine inspections as and when required.

Manage tools and keep a register of tools issued to Electrician
Liaison and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Provide input into all relevant reports.
Identify and report possible efficiency enhancements and initiatives to ensure resource savings.
Engage with relevant Stakeholders on report findings.
Technical Skills and Experience The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
National Senior Certificate (N3 Electrical Engineering).
1-year Operational Maintenance.
Knowledge of basic clerical, operational or customer service skills acquired through education, experience or on the job training.
Code B Motor vehicle license
knowledge of electrical equipment and tolls
basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
