As a Top-Flight Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, clients, or stakeholders through telephonic interactions, showcasing our organization's property services and promoting our top agent. You will be the forefront of our company's outreach efforts, building rapport with individuals and communities to foster long-lasting relationships and drive positive outcomes. Duties & Responsibilitiesxe2x80xa2 Canvassing: Conduct canvassing to reach out to potential customers, clients, or community members to promote our property services and initiatives.xe2x80xa2 Maintain Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our company's services and our top agent's profile to answer questions and address concerns effectively.xe2x80xa2 Lead Generation: Identify and capture potential leads or contacts through effective data collection and lead tracking systems.xe2x80xa2 Public Relations: Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, conveying our values and message to the clientele.xe2x80xa2 Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, clients, or community members to create a loyal and supportive network.xe2x80xa2 Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and valuable insights from interactions with the clientele to help improve our products, services, or initiatives.xe2x80xa2 Meet Targets and Goals: Work diligently to meet set targets and goals for lead generation, conversions, or outreach metrics.xe2x80xa2 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, data, and outcomes for reporting and analysis.Desired Experience & Qualificationxe2x80xa2 High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.xe2x80xa2 Proven experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.xe2x80xa2 Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.xe2x80xa2 Previous real estate experience, a recommended but not essential.xe2x80xa2 Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.xe2x80xa2 Adaptability and willingness to work in-office, based in Sandton.xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in using technology for data collection and reporting.xe2x80xa2 Knowledge and passion for our company's mission and products/services.xe2x80xa2 Fully computer literate.xe2x80xa2 Laptop and smart phone essential.xe2x80xa2 Own car is a plus.Package & RemunerationMarket RelatedInterested?Should you not hear from us in the next two weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
