ProStaffSelect are in search of a SKILLED RESTAURANT MANAGER who is able to MOTIVATE and ensure delivery of 5-star deluxe service. A candidate who truly understands fine dining cuisine, international service standards and polish that is expected with a Top 10 Eat Out Restaurant where the focus is entirely on spoiling our guests. We are in search of a young, passionate and energetic MANAGER to oversee daily service for not more than 36 guests, offering personal attention, a big smile, polished service, enthusiasm for food and wine, charisma for hosting and a bubbly personality. REQUIREMENTS: Min 5 years experience within fine dining restaurants Outstanding knowledge of South African Wines ; trending cuisine styles and INTERNATIONAL SERVICE standards Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA wines Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all round understanding of food, ingredients & plating components Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence We are looking for a QUALITY CANDIDATE
