- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
- N4 Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Trade Certificate - Section 13 / 26 (D)
- Legal appointment 2.9.2
- Drivers licence code B, EB or C1
- 7 Years mining industry experience
- 3 Years Trackless Mobile Machinery experience in a supervisory capacity
- Effective planning, monitoring and maintenance of trackless mobile machinery
- Effective implementation and administration of necessary systems
- Employee capacity enhancement and optimisation
- Equipment failure analysis
- Detailed equipment availability, utilisation and performance
- Adherence to technical specifications and standard
