KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capturing invoices and Banking
- Loading Credit onto customer accounts
- Preparing a sales schedule weekly
- Petty cash processing
- Issuing/Ordering stock
- Issuing/Ordering Staff uniforms + IDs
- Ordering stationery, printers & tonners
- Printing POP and daily lodgment
- Invoicing
- Maintaining order in the ticket office and storeroom
- Data base management
- Maintenance of schedules
- Ensure Printers are in always working order
- Searching for past invoices
- Report to FM on undercharges and overcharges that may appear on invoices
- Maintenance of schedules
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

STRICTLY I must be able to work from 6:30am to 4.30pm
o
Clear criminal record
o
Matric
o
MS Office and Excel knowledge a pre-requisite
o
Good written and verbal communication skills
o
Analytical and detail orientated
o
Excellent planning and organizational skills
o
Trustworthy
o
Self-motivated
o
High levels of personal discipline
o
Able to work on one's own initiative, prioritize work and handle pressure
o
Physically fit -the role requires the candidate to lift boxes
Education:
Matric: Mathematics is a must and an Accounting background will be an added advantage
