We're looking for a
stand-out Theatre & Live Entertainment Manager
to lead the creative, operational, and programming vision of theKalk Bay Theatre
,Theatre Bar
, andTheatre Restaurant
-- ensuring a fully integrated, world-class theatre, dining, and live entertainment experience.This role will also be responsible for securing exceptional acts for
Brass Bell Live Music Lineup
, strengthening and expanding our existing line-up across the group.Key responsibilities include:
Securing high-quality theatre productions and live music acts
Managing the Theatre Bar and Theatre Restaurant experience in alignment with brand identity
Ensuring seamless flow between dining, drinks, and live performance
Collaborating closely with artists, technical teams, chefs, front-of-house, and management
Elevating the Kalk Bay Theatre into a must-visit cultural and entertainment destination
We're looking for someone who:
Is well-versed in live entertainment, theatre, or music programming
Has strong operational, hospitality, and people-management skills
Brings creative vision paired with commercial and logistical awareness
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Is passionate about crafting experiences, not just events
This role is for someone who wants to build something truly special.
