Job SummaryWhat You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating testing activities across projects
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and strategies
  • Overseeing defect management and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Mentoring and supporting a team of testers
  • Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables
What We're Looking For:
  • 35 years of hands-on experience in software testing
  • Experience managing or mentoring QA team members
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement
