Requirements:
Must-Haves:

• A relevant university qualification and Matric (Grade 12).
• ISTQB Test Manager Certification.
• Proven experience in managing the testing of Core Banking projects within SAP Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Application (App) Testing.
• Demonstrable experience in test management for Card functionalities (SAP Card/VTS/VTP/SAP BAS), including issuing, acquiring, payments routing, and settlement.
• Experience with Payments systems (SAP Payment Engine / SAP BAS/Calypso) and a strong understanding of the local and foreign payments landscape.
• Knowledge of Credit systems (SAP CRM/SAP BAS/SAB FSCM), including the credit and debt management lifecycle.
• Experience with API Testing.

• Advanced ISTQB certifications such as Operational Test Management, Strategic Test Management, or Managing the Team.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
• A background in driving continuous and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with implementing or testing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong skills in testing automation.
• Experience with Home Loan Systems.
