Automotive sector, based in Midrand is seeking a sales call center representative

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for converting Leads into successful sales? We're seeking a dynamic Telesales Consultant to join our team.. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in achieving our monthly targets while nurturing client relationships that pave the way for referrals and new clients.

Duties

Customer service: Answering and making customer calls, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues

Sales: Selling products and services from leads and upselling when appropriate

Demonstrate in-depth understanding of our products, conveying the benefits and features accurately to potential clients

Achieve and surpass sales budget expectations

Drive sales through various channels, including telephone consultations, face-to-face interactions

Customer database management: Updating customer accounts with accurate information, and managing customer databases

Reporting: Completing call logs and reports, and documenting all call information

Collaboration: Working with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Completing application forms for sales and vetting

Routing calls to other team members

Reporting on customer feedback

3 years experience in a similar role

Matric

Proficient in MS Office and Pastel

Prior exposure to call center, sales, or telesales roles in the Automotive/insurance or smiliar sector is highly recommended

Proven track record of meeting and and exceeding sales targets

Managing time effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills
