Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through outbound calls to potential customers. The Telesales Representative will be a crucial member of our sales team and will be required to meet sales targets and quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
