Intouch Tech is a fast-growing IT, Cybersecurity and Telecoms provider supporting businesses across the UK. We're looking for a highly organised
Billing, Payroll & HR Operations Administrator
to join our fully remote team.
You will be responsible for telecoms billing (using
ZOEY/Union Street
), payroll preparation, HR admin, and supporting key operational processes across the business. You will also use
Hubstaff
for time-tracking and
Breathe HR
for HR records, leave management, onboarding, and basic people operations.
This is a varied and important role with room to grow as our company continues to scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Finance
Manage monthly telecoms billing using
ZOEY (Union Street)
Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
Update financial records within
Xero
Handle payment reminders, disputes, and customer account updates
Payroll & Time Tracking
Prepare monthly payroll data for submission
Review and validate Hubstaff time-tracking
Manage leave, overtime, and absence data
Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
HR & People Operations
Maintain employee records using
Breathe HR
Assist with onboarding new staff (accounts, documents, access)
Track leave, sickness, and performance notes
Support basic HR administration -- policy updates, reminders, documentation
Coordinate with managers on HR deadlines, renewals, and training compliance
General Operations
Maintain accurate CRM records
Support internal teams with admin queries
Answer incoming calls and direct queries where needed
Assist leadership with reports, data, and general operational tasks
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in billing, payroll, HR admin, operations or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communication style and a proactive mindset
Good IT literacy (Microsoft 365, cloud systems, CRM tools)
Telecoms billing experience (ZOEY/Union Street) -- highly beneficial* Experience with HR systems (Breathe HR or similar) -- advantageous* Reliability, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently
