Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Project Coordinator
to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects by handling a wide variety of provisioning tasks. You will work closely with our Head of Projects to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and keeping projects running on time.

Reports to:

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Logistics; order hardware (e.g. laptops, phones, routers, network equipment) from approved suppliers.
Connectivity Provisioning; order and manage broadband installations via multiple suppliers (BT, Sky, Vodafone, etc.). Liaise with providers to ensure smooth delivery and installation
Number Porting& new number allocation;
o Manage the porting of client numbers from legacy providers (LCP) to new services
o Coordinate LOA (Letter of Authority) signatures with clients
o Submit port requests via our suppliers and monitor progress
o Communicate port statuses, amendments, and outcomes to internal/external stakeholders
o Order and manage new VOIP UK& international number
Stakeholder Communication; maintain regular liaison with the Head of Projects:
o Communicate with customers via phone and email to explain processes and next steps.
o Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
o Escalate issues and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in a coordination, provisioning, or administrative role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Comfortable using task or CRM systems to manage workloads
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a remote working environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability and flexibility to changing work demands
Desirable:
Familiarity with VOIP systems, number porting, and UK telecoms providers
Experience working in a reseller or channel-based service environment
Understanding of connectivity products (broadband, leased lines, SIP, etc.)
