Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Debtors and Creditors processing
Capturing invoices, statements, and payments
Updating and reconciling accounts
Following up on outstanding payments when required
Maintaining accurate financial records
Providing general administrative support to the Accounts Department
Requirements
Experience in an accounts/admin role (Debtors/Creditors experience advantageous)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Good communication skills
Computer literate (QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook)
