Develop customer accounts and offer additional value-added services.

Advise the Divisional Manager should there be any challenges with suppliers and OEM relationships and accounts.
Provide the back office with the correct and relevant documentation to load new suppliers.
Assist Technical Service Agent Team Leader with day-to-day administrative duties including costings, quotes, closeouts, and capturing of job-related documentation.
Manage and interpret customer requirements speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future.
Arrange logistics, importation, customs, and clearing for imported products.
