Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commercial, Animal Nutrition, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in the Animal Feed industry with a proven track record
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the industry
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
Financially astute with sound forecasting and budgeting experience
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Promoting a range of specialized products in the animal feed market.
Expanding and entrenching market position as the preferred supplier of target products by providing support to key players.
Maintaining high levels of communication with principals and customers.
Managing sales administration functions such as budgeting, forecasting, credit control, margins, sales reports, business plans, and pricing.
Implementing marketing strategies.
Building sound interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers.
