Technical Recruiter
with deep experience in assessing candidates for technical roles. You'll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-demand positions, working closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and engage top-tier tech talent.

What You'll Do
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles, from sourcing to offer
Conduct
technical interviews
to evaluate candidate skills and team fit
Partner with hiring managers and clients to refine job requirements and priorities
Manage a
high-volume pipeline
while maintaining exceptional candidate engagement
Track and update progress using ATS and sourcing platforms
Share insights and contribute to continuous
process improvements
What You Bring
2-3+ years of
technical recruiting experience
, preferably in a high-volume environment
Comfort conducting technical interviews and vetting hard skills
Experience working with or within
staffing firms
serving tech clients
Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset
Must be able to work PST or EST hours a few days per week
