What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles
Conduct
structured, skills-based technical interviews
Source and engage passive talent using ATS and sourcing tools
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and strategy
Track metrics and optimize for time-to-fill and candidate quality
Maintain high-touch candidate communications throughout the process
What You Bring
2-3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a
staffing or in-house
environment
Proven ability to assess engineering, product, or data candidates
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to work
Eastern hours
, with some
flexibility across time zones
