CAPEX Purchases:

Compiling quotations for purchase of equipment



Collaborate with key stakeholders for ordering of CAPEX equipment.



Processing customer orders for purchased equipment.



Ensure the commissioning & certification of all machines together with the Clinical Engineer.

CAPEX Repairs & Services:

Supervise the repair/return process of faulty/damaged equipment together with the Clinical Engineers & the Suppliers.



Supervise and Collaborate with the Technical Clinical Engineers for any fault/repair callouts for all equipment.



Compiling quotations for equipment service and repairs.



Processing customer & internal orders for service and repair products.



Maintain up to date master list of equipment owned by the Company.



Maintain up to date master list of equipment owned by Hospitals but serviced by Company.



Weekly audit/tracking and distribution of equipment list to Clinical Specialists for location confirmation.



Maintain equipment repair & service schedule.



Ensure Engineers are deployed timeously for repairs and servicing of equipment.



Maintain test equipment repair & service schedule.



Maintaining optimal service stock levels and collaborate with Supply Chain for ordering service and repair products.



Maintain record of equipment life cycle. (Clarity hand piece & CSI Pump hours used)



Collaborate with the finance department to remove decommissioned equipment from Assets.

CAPEX Rentals:

Arrange and coordinate equipment rentals.



Collaborate with couriers and company drivers to arrange deliveries of all equipment.



Arrange after hour movements of equipment from time to time with couriers and company drivers.



Support On-Call manager with equipment movements.

Supervision and Support Functions:

Supervision of the Engineers



Assisting Operations Manager when required.



Preparing Monthly reports for Operations and Sales



Assisting with Engineers travelling once approved for service and repairs of equipment.



Collaborate with Products Managers to ensure implementation of CAPEX SLA's and DSA's



Assisting Key business stakeholders with required CAPEX & DSA information for strategic decision making.



Prepare master equipment list for finance year end audit.



Prepare stats for monthly equipment meetings.



Liaise directly with suppliers regarding any queries or product information.



Assist Clinical Engineers, Managers & Clinical Specialists as needed with equipment product information, queries & reports.



Actioning together with Clinical Engineers, Clinical Specialists & Management for any customer complaints/queries.



Annual submission of radiation control licences.



Logistics and Supply Chain Diploma (Preferably)



Supervision of staff experience (Mandatory)



Advanced Excel (Mandatory)



Presentation / Reporting Skills



Experience in similar role (Advantage)



Effective communication skills (verbal and written)



Time management abilities
