Job Summary BTech/BSc Food Sc;HACCP/FSSC 22 000;Comp.Lit; 8-10 yrs high risk/certified RTE food plant, dev./maint./CI/SOP/policies QMS/FSMS/GMP/allergens; 3-5 yrs Tech Manager background/management group of Techs /multiple departments/projects/supermarket SOPs/audits/micro competency/drive cntl Listeria/Salmonella/ Enterobacteriacea/TVCs/yeast & moulds/ID challenges/RCA/CAPA/influence key stakeholders/ articulate customer requirements.Ensure integrity/reputation own co & customer upheld/timely communication customer/all products dispatched within specs/advise customer QC short delivery/initiate RTVs for QC/FS concerns.Drive perform CI/maint.CI culture/CI processes which will ID problems/initiate CA/ensure compliance policies/SOPs FSMS/QMS/customer/3rd party/FSSC 22 000/BRC/IBL audits,lead integrated QMS & HMS/ensure QMS is CI/refined/ implement to reduce variability/CI product/service QC/QMS audited to safeguard compliance/ review/training done/risk assessment FS/QC HACCP principles/allergens/ RM/new processes/ CCPs/GMPs/foreign objects,ensure standardised quality attributes dev.all products/available to all colleagues/dev SOPs/ docs/records/maint.new versions/review/arrange training/maint.system to regularly eva .products/ID/address quality NC/negative trends.Plan/direct outputs of reports/ ensure effective technical organisation/achieve business objectives/meet customer needs/ adherence assigned budgets.Western Cape E0505 MARIANA 011 782-8217/0825652767
