Job Summary

Requirements: -

Purchasing Qualification - studying towards or completed
Registered with CIPS
Experienced in the pricing of imported materials, customs procedures, shipping terms and clearance procedures
Experience in MRP and Syspro
3 years as a Technical Buyer experience in a manufacturing (auto) or mining environment

KPA: -

Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures
Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market in area of specialization
Exposure to supplier contracts
Skill in preparing and analysing complex technical specifications
