A growing pharmaceutical and biotechnology company specializing in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Associate to join their dynamic team.
This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities across Technical R&D support and commercialisation activities, making it ideal for candidates with a strong scientific foundation and an interest in product lifecycle management, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory, research, or technical operations role in the life sciences sector.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in commercialization, product management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and scientific curiosity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, especially for technical audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
