Technical Advisor (Agriculture) - NelspruitDuties & ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent would be responsible for all activities associated with that of the Technical Advisor Department.Responsible for the achievement of pre-set sales targetsDetermine and assess product-need (Forecasting)Development of client baseSource and develop new markets and new business opportunitiesOptimal asset utilisationMaintain company equipment hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practicesResolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within the company (Manager meetings, visits, support, functions)Maintain internal & external stakeholder relationsProvide critical customer feedback to Senior management and TelesalesProvide advice to clients on product offerings, application and after- sale serviceProvide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely mannerUsing digital technologies to create new xe2x80x94 or modify existing xe2x80x94 business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirementsDesired Experience & QualificationRelevant Technical Qualification4-6 years experience or expert knowledge of speciality products and their applicationQualified SABI Irrigation designer, Civil/Mech Engineering diploma as well as an Agronomy qualification (beneficial)
