Role Purpose

The Client Service department of Momentum Insure requires a Team Manager, with excellent sales and service experience and leadership ability/potential to lead a team of dedicated Broker Service Consultants. The suitable candidate must be organised, thorough, and be able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership skills and abilities are a pre-requisite.
Requirements

• Matric/Equivalent qualification

• Ideally the candidate should come from a Broker facing servicing background with at least 1 years service experience

• within a short-term insurance industry

• Must have completed the necessary regulatory exam/s (RE)as well as Full Qualification (FQ)

• Previous client service /broker service experience is essential

• Leadership or management studies with previous leadership experience will be beneficial.

• A successful track record

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and assume full management responsibility for a team of professional Broker Service Consultants.

• Tracking and ensuring the achievement of both individual and group service minimum operating standards and service level agreements.

• Coaching and quality checking

• Management information reports

• Drive team and company culture and values

• Lead and assume full management responsibility for a team of professional Broker Service Consultants

• Close liaison and relationship building with brokers.

• Continuous improvement of business processes and procedures to become market lead.
