Clover is currently recruiting for a Distribution Team Leader. The successful candidates will be responsible to ensure Driver, Van Assistant and vehicle availability at all times. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch, and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CDC Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Work in extreme conditions
Experience in working with senior management
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide General Office Administration Support
Update Driver planning
Update ad hoc Labour Broker time sheet
Update "Way better" spread sheet
Update daily defects from Pre-trip inspection forms
Compile weekly roster for staff operating on Compressed Working Week
Administrate leave applications
Ensure capturing of all leave on PaySpace system
Ensure all leave is approved on PaySpace system
Ensure leave captured correlates with Best Time
Vehicle maintenance/availability
Ensure pre-trip inspections are done according to SOP
Report incidents/accidents/damage on vehicles
* Do follow ups to ensure vehicles are in road worthy condition before they leave the premises
