ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Matric 3 years of experience in Distribution in a Team Leader or Supervisory Position. A valid driver licence A reliable vehicle

THE KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:

The ability to run and manage the night shift Composing of night shift reports Management of staff Management of reports and feedback Overseeing staff departures in the morning from the depot Checking of the Distribution sitrep Dispatching of routes in the morning Ensuring scales and scanners are on charge at night Contact replacement staff if staff books off sick Ensure drivers sign out equipment Complete quarterly spill kit checks Scanning of completed T/A on the W-drive Scanning of the vehicle checklist on the W-drive Reporting of incidents and accidents Checking of vehicles for roadworthiness
