Job Advert Summary
Clover is currently recruiting for two Warehouse Team Leaders. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing subordinates and controlling warehouse processes during a shift.This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CDC Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 Business English: Fluent Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays Working in extreme conditions
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage subordinates
Control time and attendance to reach set goals Communicate and motivate teamto ensure output targets are met Discipline teammembers when necessary as per Clover procedure and policy
Ensure efficient stock handling/management procedures are executed
Move, pack, control and maintain stock in Warehouse Receive and despatch stock Locate stock Maintain warehouse system in terms of despatching and receiving Prevent shrinkage and losses while moving, packing and maintain stock.
Ensure proper housekeeping
Ensure Warehouse is neat and tidy at all times * Ensure safe working conditions and report deviations
