Stores Team Leader: Finished Goods
Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Stores Team Leader to join their company. This dynamic role requires someone with strong stock management skills, excellent people leadership abilities, and the flexibility to operate across various locations within the region.
Duties include:

  • Stock Management:
  • Ensure accurate stock levels and effective dispatch processes.
  • Safety and Housekeeping:
  • Adhering to safety, housekeeping, food safety and quality requirements in the stores department
  • People Management:
  • Supervise and schedule staff
  • Monitor timekeeping and attendance
  • Managing staff performance
  • Training and development of staff
Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant post-matric qualification (a Degree will be an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a stores environment
  • Team management experience
  • Finished goods stock control experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle - essential
  • Manufacturing experience
  • SAP experience (advantageous)
