Non-Negotiable Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification OR solid experience in sales administration / business support
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong computer literacy (Excel, reporting, data management)
Professional communication skills with client-facing confidence
Self-starter, proactive, and willing to learn about technical industries

Job Experience & Skills Required

Provide admin support across sales, finance, and operations
Assist with marketing activities, reports, and presentations
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Compile and manage data, utilities info, and performance reporting
Work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline processes
Opportunity to develop expertise in utilities, solar, or metering technologies
