Job Description
My client who is based in Illovo is urgently looking to fill a Tax Consultant role.
Main job function
- Registering the client on e-filing
- Preparing the Tax Submissions before submitting
- Working through clients slips and Statements (Capturing the data)
- Upload documents on e-filing for an Audit
- Lodging objections: Against Additional Assessments, Interest received and Administrative Penalties.
- Lodging Manual objections for old years and Appeals
- Check Daily for Notifications from SARS
- Liaising with SARS & Clients
- Consulting with Clients
- Submitting of Provisional Tax
- Submitting ITR12s Tax Planning
- Submitting Tax Directives
- Completion and submission of VAT201
- Completion and submission of EMP201
- Completion and submission of EMP501
- Maintaining client book
Qualifications
Matric, Tax training certificates would be advantageous
