Job Description
SUMMARY:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning while supporting company strategies.
POSITION INFO:
You must be an experienced Talent Manager within a manufacturing sector (preferably a multiple-plant production environment with a strong technical focus), coupled with some Generalist experience supporting the succession plan.
This position is only available to South African citizens.
A relevant degree such as a B.A., B. Soc. Sci., or , preferably in HR Management, is required.
- You must have over 10 years of post-graduation experience in recruitment and skills management. This includes payroll experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, while familiarity with SAGE payroll is preferred.
- You will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to drive initiatives.
- You should exhibit reliability, accuracy, a passion for meeting deadlines, and excellent communication skills in English.
The role involves coaching and mentoring employees and managers, implementing company strategies, and supporting the HR Manager as needed.
