As our
Talent Manager
, you'll be at the centre of shaping PG Bison's people strategy. You'll design leadership and supervisory development programmes that unlock potential at every level, while also championing exciting learnerships, apprenticeships, internships, and bursaries that build the next generation of talent. You'll take ownership of our Competency Framework and skills pipeline, ensuring our workforce remains agile, future-ready, and equipped for success.
Your role will also see you driving compliance and reporting on key statutory requirements--from WSPs and ATRs to the Forestry Charter and 12i training initiatives--while delivering insights to our Board and Remuneration Committee. Working hand in hand with production teams, you'll craft innovative skills programmes that reflect the latest processes and technologies, keeping PG Bison at the forefront of industry excellence.
Minimum Requirements
What we're looking for:
Degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology (or equivalent)
5-10 years' experience as a Talent Manager
Strong expertise in learnerships, SETA landscape, and apprenticeship training
Qualified SDF and Assessor (advantageous)
A forward-thinking leader who can influence, collaborate, and drive change

Duties & Responsibilities
As
Talent Manager
, you'll drive exciting projects and initiatives such as:
Designing and delivering impactful training and development programmes for managers and supervisors.
Leading learnerships, apprenticeships, internships, and bursary programmes that build future talent pipelines.
Shaping and maintaining the PG Bison Competency Framework.
Driving compliance and reporting on WSP, ATR, SDF, BBBEE (Forestry Charter), and 12i training initiatives.
Partnering with production teams to create innovative, industry-relevant skills programmes.
* Leading national skills development initiatives and presenting strategic insights to the Board and Remuneration Committee.
