Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced Talent Management Superintendent individual to be based in the Kuruman, Northern Cape.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology
- SABPP or HPCSA accreditation
- 5 xe2x80x93 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in EE, ER, Recruitment, Talent Management (experience in the mining department)
- 3 years' experience in HR Management
- 2 years' experience in operational psychometrics
- Salary: R1.1M/yr - R1.5M/yr, negotiable
- Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience
