Duties & Responsibilities
As a Talent Administration Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Typing and formatting CVs with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conducting reference checks for candidates, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Providing office support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- - Assisting in drafting and updating job descriptions and templates when required.
- Supporting team initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and considering DEI principles in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and assignments as directed.
Day-to-Day
On a typical day, you can expect to:
- - Format and prepare CVs for consideration by recruiters, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates, documenting findings accurately.
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and confirm interview schedules.
