to join our Talent & Recruitment team. You will support the Head of Talent by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process. This role also includes assisting with HR and onboarding administration, helping us maintain a smooth experience for both candidates and our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Interviewing
Conduct four internal interviews per day (Tuesday to Thursday).
Dedicate Monday and Friday to administrative and recruitment support.
Vet and shortlist candidates to match client requirements.
Post interview notes and recordings to Microsoft Teams.
Prepare and format candidate resume write-ups for client presentation.
HR & Administrative Support
Collect and maintain candidate and employee information on the HR platform.
Assist with HR documentation and data entry in Zoho People.
Schedule weekly and monthly VA check-ins in the Head of Talent's calendar.
Book and manage onboarding meetings for new Virtual Assistants.
Maintain recruitment spreadsheets, including the Onboarding Checklist.
Upload headshots and supporting documentation to Google Drive and Teams.
Ensure all VA contracts and supporting documents are up to date and saved on Teams.
Schedule and coordinate VA introduction calls and client interviews on Zoom.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR management, ideally within a remote environment.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong attention to detail and high administrative accuracy.
Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills.
Skilled in Zoho Recruit, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Positive, professional, and service-oriented approach.
