Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across sales, administration, marketing, and data roles. This person will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver great candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create role profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and agencies.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, culture fit, and motivation.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize processes.
Stay updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices, especially for English-speaking talent in Brazil.
Support employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates.
Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in sales, admin, marketing, or data roles.
Familiarity with the Brazilian labor market and English-speaking candidate sourcing is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
