• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions
• Source and engage candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication
• Use current recruitment systems such as Pnet, Linkedin to source candidates
• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Build and manage a good talent pipeline of candidates for Market Area Africa
• Contribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent

WHO YOU ARE

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• 3 to 5 years' experience in the Mining / Engineering / Construction Industry would be an added advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.)
• A team player with a passion for supporting others and achieving company goals
• A positive, can-do attitude and a drive for excellence

HARD AND SOFT SKILLS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE

• Knowledge of Metso capital equipment products is a plus
• A high degree of precision and attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize various activities to ensure timely and accurate compliance with schedule and budget requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with visitors, co-workers and management
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
• Able to travel occasionally, both domestic and international, 30%
