Talent Acquisition Manager Our client is a fast-scaling international business with offices in Johannesburg and London. Hybrid role in Melrose Arch, only 2 days in office. As a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager you will shape and execute world class recruitment processes, cultivate employer brand, and compete for the best talent worldwide. Your responsibilities will include elevating the candidate experience, spearheading recruitment campaigns, and proactively identifying exceptional candidates across various functions, ranging from Software Engineering and Product to Operations, Sales, and Marketing, covering roles from entry level to VP positions. You will collaborate with teams throughout the organisation to enhance time-to-fill, cost per hire, and the overall quality of hires. You will have future opportunities to work on broader People & Culture topics and contribute to shaping the future of the company.
