. You'll be responsible for implementing and configuring cloud systems for clients, leading onboarding projects, and providing training and support. This role is perfect for someone

What you'll be doing

Requirements Gathering

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, goals, and technical requirements to develop tailored implementation plans.

Solution Design

- Identify and propose the product or system to meet client requirements.

Technical Configuration

- Configure software, perform data migration, customise features, and integrate with new or existing systems.

Client Onboarding

- Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Project Management

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Training & Support

- Provide training sessions, documentation, and ongoing technical support to clients.

Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact during implementation.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to best practices and SOPs.

What you bring

Degree or Honours in

Accounting or IT

. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar environment. 1+ years' experience working with system implementation, preferably including inventory management software. 1 + years' experience in cloud-based systems such as

Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Cin7 Core, and Lightspeed POS

(advantageous). Client-facing experience.

Advanced Excel skills

(for data analysis, migration, and process mapping) are essential.

Solution- and results-driven mindset

with ambition to take initiative and work independently. A strong desire to

learn, take on challenges, and grow

professionally. Comfort and competence working with computers, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
