In This Role, You'll:



Coordinate all phases of new launches, from identifying and securing locations to setting up operational systems File for tax IDs, business licenses, and manage regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Collaborate with realtors to evaluate and secure clinic sites and negotiate lease agreements Assist with office setup, including furniture delivery, workspace organization, and technology distribution Partner with HR and Operations for recruitment and onboarding, supporting training and workspace readiness for new hires Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory and supply management Serve as a point of contact for all stakeholders during the clinic setup process Work cross-functionally with HR, Operations, IT, and Clinical Services for efficient, timely launches

You're a Great Fit If You:



Have proven experience in operations, project coordination, or healthcare administration Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively Are proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools

Bonus Points If You:



Have experience in healthcare operations or business setups Are familiar with licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare/property Have supported HR or recruitment efforts in previous roles

Pay: $1,500 per month

Work schedule: US Timezone (East Coast)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R25628,68 per month
