Direct all the visitors to the requested department or individuals
Direct all enquiries to the relevant individuals or departments.
Mainitain professionalism and confidentiality.
Providing neccessary information and assistance to the clients.
manage the front desk of the organization.
Ensuring a positive experience for the clients.
Keep the reception are tidy and presentable.
Grade 12
Three (3) relevant experience.
Office Admin qualification will be advantageous.
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills.
Billingual English and Afrikaans.
