Your responsibilities as Sustainability Specialist
As our Sustainability Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Sustainability. You'll be the driving force behind our sustainability journey - connecting strategy, data, and people to make real progress.
Your responsibilities include:
Support our sustainability roadmap and help further develop and implement it
Assist customers and colleagues with their sustainability-related questions and challenges
Bring ESG to life together with Marketing through interactive client communication and content
Help design and deliver internal sustainability training sessions
Collect and translate data into practical advice, including through our Life Cycle Analysis tool
Keep track of new legislation and trends, and advise on opportunities for improvement
Provide support during audits and certifications such as ISO 14001 and ESG assessments
Your profile
3-4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (skills in Dutch are an advantage but not required)
Practical, proactive, switched-on, and collaborative approach to work
Strong analytical skills and confidence in processing and reporting data
Familiarity with ESG standards CSRD, ISO 14001 and PPWR is an advantage
