Job Description


Join our vibrant telecommunications company in Cape Town as a Support Specialist. Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and advanced troubleshooting to Level 1 / 2 support representatives. Shape exceptional customer experiences and contribute to team success.

Collaborate on tasks, mentor junior reps, and resolve escalated issues. Work with Wireless tech, Linux Networking, and network troubleshooting. Shift flexibility required for this dynamic role.

Skills & Experience:
N+, CCNA, CCNP certifications
Advanced Linux Networking proficiency
Minimum 3+ years in ISP call center environment
Wireless tech and network implementation knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills
Flexibility for shifts

Qualification:
N+, CCNA, CCNP certifications
Advanced Linux Networking experience
Minimum 3 years in ISP call center
Strong understanding of Wireless tech and network operations
